How do you buy from CHD&Me?

There are a few ways to purchase from CHD&Me. Items are offered on ebay, through my mailing list and also through my website. Most dolls are sold through ebay however from time to time I offer dolls for a short time through my mailing list or website at special prices or with free shipping offers. If an item doesn't sell via those means I will then list on ebay. I will also be offering dolls at local doll shows and craft fairs as of 2009.

How do I pay for my CHD&Me product?

The safest way to shop online is always Paypal. I am a paypal preferred seller however I do also accept postal money order or bank deposit from Australian customers.

How do I know how much shipping will cost?

CHD&Me Auctions, email offers and website sales always include shipping costs for both Australia and a Worldwide shipping amount. Shipping worldwide is capped at one flat rate for any location in this wonderful world of ours. I mail items once a week on a Wednesday morning. All items are professionally packaged to ensure their safety on their travel from my studio to your home.

Can I do a layby or layaway?

I do offer layaways and laybys on select sculpts and reborns. You can always ask on any of my items, however I do have a strict policy for them.

4 week terms if priced between US$250-US$550 or 6 weeks if over US$550

All payments are non refundable if terms are not met within time frame given.

Equal weekly or fortnightly payments need to be made and a deposit of no less than 1/3 the total amount is to be made to secure your item within 3days of purchase.
